SELF PICKUP
Buyer may select to pickup by own from Olive Green’s Headquater.
NORMAL DELIVERY
Buyer may select normal deliver when purchase only. After ordered, products will be deliver in 3-4 days.
SPECIAL DELIVERY
Buyer may choose own delivery service after order, arrangement can be make with office before delivery.
dELIVERY TRACKING
After parcel dispatch, buyer will receive the tracking no for delivery to check online.
Report Damaged Item
Damaged item need to inform Olive Green, we shall investigate and replacement will be arrange if reasonable.
Return a Package
Package that are found with issue may inform Olive Green, return could be arrange after verification.
